SHIPPING POLICY

We offer worldwide shipping, and the best part is… it’s 100% free no matter where you are! As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders directly from the manufacturing hub where our products are made. By eliminating additional fulfillment centers, your order may take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid helps save approximately 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.

All orders are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window prior to shipment. This means that after you place your order, it will take 1 to 3 business days for us to process it before shipping.

Domestic 🚚: 7-15 Business Days

International 🌎: 12-20 Business Days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Standard Shipping: After processing, your order will be delivered within 10-20 business days.

Note: Delivery times for Standard Shipping may overlap with Domestic and International shipping timeframes. Standard Shipping is applicable for both domestic and international orders.

1. Order Changes: Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify it. This includes changes to the delivery address, shipping method, or items in your order.

2. Verify Your Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery process. If your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping courier.

4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds for orders that are marked as "Delivered." If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, we suggest contacting your local post office to open a claim.

5. Tracking Numbers: Tracking numbers can be found in the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used to place the order. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.

6. Return Shipping Cost: If you need to return an item, please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs. However, we will issue a return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

7. Fulfillment Centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or our international shipping facility depending on stock availability.

8. Shipping Fees: We do not charge extra for shipping costs, so shipping fees are non-refundable.
